LASER CUTTER WORKING



LASER Stands Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation.
The laser provides an intense and unidirectional beam of light. The laser beam removes the material from workpiece
involves a combination of melting and evaporation process

  

The high beam of light travels from the source which creates a light, through a machine beam path.
The Laser from the source passes through the laser head and then is focused on the special focusing lens. Before it focused on the workpiece goes through the bore of the nozzle. Also, the compressed gas flows through the nozzle. The beam is 3/4 of an inch in diameter as it travels from the source.

By focusing the intense beam on the workpiece it melts the metal.
The gas used for cutting is Nitrogen and oxygen. They provide a smooth edge. Nitrogen provides a very high smooth edge than oxygen.

On the CNC laser cutter, the laser head is moved to get the desired shape. The control system maintains the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece.
