HOW TO WORK IN LASER MACHINE (MECHANICAL)

STEP 1. IMPORT FILE (DXF)

The file used in the laser machine is dxf.

Go to File.

Select Import.

Select Import DXF (Drawing Exchange File).

STEP 2. CHECK THE DRAWING

Before cutting check the drawing

Check the Size.

Check Hole.

STEP 3. MAKE THE NEST

The nesting area used to put maximum parts in a sheet. 

It is used to minimize waste.

STEP 4. PROVIDE THE LEAD

Before cutting lead must be given.

Lead Inner and Outer

Lead is given according to the thickness of the sheet.

STEP 5. SET LAYER PARAMETER

  

Layer parameter is set according to the size of the sheet to be cut.

STEP 6. CHANGE NOZZLE AND SET FOCUS

 Nozzle and focus are set according to the thickness of the sheet to be cut.

STEP 7. FRAME

It is used check drawing that has to be cut on the machine.

STEP 8. SET RECORD 

It used to set the record.

STEP 9. CALIBRATION

Before every cutting and change of nozzle, the calibration must be done. It is used to check smoothness of machine.

STEP 10. AUTOSORT 

It is used to check how cutting will be done.

STEP 11. START 

NOTE

When the machine is started make the machine to the origin.

Before cutting the shutter aiming must be ON.
